Stock items can be ready in 1~3 working days.
If items are not in stock, they will be made new in our factories: it takes about 2 weeks for dancewear items production ready and about 4 weeks for shoes items.

3) For intimates items, once worn, no return or exchange;
For customized products, if no quality problems, there will be no return or exchange; Problems caused by human factors, such as improper use, no return or exchange.
